Time to make a noise about assets

Article Abstract:

Headway is a real estate company which has sold industrial assets to gain a cash pile and a portfolio of commercial real estate. The company has four sites including the Headway Business Park, a 10-acre site in Wakefield, England. The annual rents of the sites total more than 1 million pound sterling, and over 95% of the sites are let. The performance of the company will be linked to the investment it makes with funds from asset sales, so buying Headway stocks is a speculative investment.

Chesterton: a gas-fired future

Article Abstract:

Chesterton International is a UK real estate consultancy which is seeking to develop facilities management, environmental appraisal, and other areas due to the tough market conditions. The company has been awarded a contract for managing 2,500 properties owned by British Gas. This should boost the company's revenue and has led to additional enquiries. The company's share price has still been affected by weakness in the UK real estate industry.
