Clinching the cash battle

Article Abstract:

Chartered accountants can greatly improve clients' business ventures with the correct guidance on effective cash-flow management. Clients must be advised to view cash-flow management as essential to planning and managing a business. Thus, cash-flow budgeting must be included in annual business plans and the sources and timing of cash-flow must be determined that their uses may be planned. Success, however, depends on managers' ability to remain focused on effective cash-flow management.
