The stock began dropping in late Dec 1992 from the $32 area to a minimum of $27.25 in Jan 1993. Insiders took the opportunity during the decline as two of them acquired 5,000 shares at the $27.88 to $28.38 level. The issue has relatively recovered and is currently pegged at the $30 area.
