Still looking good

Article Abstract:

United Kingdom commercial real estate performed well in 1997 and is likely to continue to perform strongly in 1998. Growth rates have been especially high in central London, and a drop in these rates could still leave central London leading the market. Out-of-town retail parks and retail real estate in London should perform well, but office space is generally expected to perform better than retail space. The M4 corridor is performing well, and this could help growth in the M3 corridor.
