From data provided by Thomson Financial, Asset-Backed Alert and Dealogic ProjectWare on legal counsel in five areas surveyed to determine the world's leading financial law firms, Sullivan and Cromwell came up on top. The areas surveyed were mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, debt and equity, asset-backed finance and project finance.
