A note on the "risk-adjusted" price-concentration relationship in banking

Association between deposit interest rates and market concentration in banking industry is analyzed. It is revealed that higher the market concentration, lower the deposit rate.

Retail deposit fees and multimarket banking

Factors influencing retail bank deposit fees are examined. Implications of mulitmarket bank presence on fees of single-market banks are also analyzed.
