The effects of market orientation on effectiveness and efficiency: the case of automotive distribution channels in Finland and Poland

Article Abstract:

The authors researched the influence of market orientation using Finish and Polish automotive industry distribution channels as their subjects. They found that market orientation is associated with cost and quality factors and may have variable influence according to the level of industrial development.

Brand equity: is it more important in services?
