The level of financial skills of National Health Service managers

Article Abstract:

Reforms at the National Health Service (NHS) make it imperative for managers to be financially aware. To acquire this skill, they need to have sufficient support that will help them understand financial information and improve their financial capabilities. Action is needed immediately because failure to provide financial education will only exacerbate their situation. This makes it hard for the NHS to attain their financial objectives.
