Through the looking glass

Article Abstract:

Advances in technology has reduced the amount of paperwork for accountants and left them with more time to meet the needs of customers. Today, accountants provide their clients more than information, but also techniques on how information can be used to improve business. To add value to their service, accountants should stay in touch with their clients by visiting their offices or sending newsletters. They should also emphasize on the importance of a high-quality workforce to their employees, encourage them to strive for constant improvement and instill in them the value of good client relations.
