Training, closing sales the CD-ROM way
Article Abstract:
Many companies are realizing the value of CD-ROM as a powerful training tool for sales personnel. By using CD-ROM, companies are able to save on training expenses and to inform their sales personnel about new products and services without having to recall them from the field. Federal Express Corp. (FedEx) is reaping major benefits from its trial CD-ROM sales training system developed by Medior Inc. FedEx sales personnel are able to develop more effective sales presentations through the system because they can be updated with new products while they are on the field.
