U.S. Filter Corp

Article Abstract:

US Filter Corp's (USF) stock has been fluctuating from a low of 1 1/8 to a high of 22 5/8 for 52 weeks until May 15, 1992. It is expected to escalate further because of USF's acquisition of Alcoa Separations Technology Inc in Apr 1992. Investors' anticipation of a triple growth in USF's sales during the March quarter of 1992 has already resulted in Robert I. Cohen and Neil J. Weisman's accummulation of 168,500 shares of stock from Oct 22, 1991 to Apr 30, 1992, thereby increasing their investments to a total of 401,100 shares.
