Big Blue's baby goes to college

Article Abstract:

Employment Solutions Corp currently serves as IBM Corp's applicant processing arm. The subsidiary company helps in providing a pool of suitable candidates, recommending line managers to conduct interviews, formulating employment schemes and processing applicant data. However, it does not hinder or influence students' choices nor does it prevent students from applying in other companies. Employment Solutions plans to expand its operations in the future and continue its role as a facilitator for career centers and clients.
