Cover letters are still a must

Article Abstract:

Applicants are advised to enclose a cover letter with their resumes when replying to classified advertisements of employers unless it is specifically indicated not to include it. An applicant must indicate in the cover letter the experiences related to the job being applied for. A conversational tone would be attractive to the employer who has to read a large amount of letters. A job seeker's strengths and accomplishments must be presented in one or two paragraphs. It is a way of testing the applicant's writing skills, thus, the applicant must be properly composed and proofread.
