Buys but no demerger for Merck KGaA

Merck KGaA is planning to close several multi-billion euro acquisition deals within its different business sectors, and corporate sales are projected at 10 billion euros by 2010. The company also announced that there will be no demerging of chemicals and pharmaceuticals. Merck KGaA's business and financial performance are also discussed.
