While Wolfgang Straehle and Richard Laible joined CEPE's executive committee for three years and one year respectively, Carlo Parodi and Pierre Janssen-Bennynck were reelected for one year. Neville Petersen, the former senior group director at Akzo Nobel, took over from Franz Josef Rankl as CEPE's president. CEPE is the European council for the paints, inks and art colour industries.
