Fabrice Boe Dreyfus has been named as MD at Lancome International where he will help Gilles Weill, the vice-president in charge of luxury goods. L'Oreal recently named Loic Armand as general secretary within the finance and administration department. Marc Menesguen takes over from Armand as the group's manager in Japan. Menesguen also becomes an assistant general manager for L'Oreal's operations in Asia, alongside Jean-Paul Agon.

Atsushi Sato and Shuichi Tanaka have taken over from Yoshiyuki Nagai and Masaaki Komatsu as members of the board of directors of Shiseido Europe, based in Paris with a capital of EUR 190.335mn. The new men also become delegate managers.
