Technicompound, worth a yearly capacity of 15,000 tons in compound materials and in PVC and PE premixes for the building trade and shoe industries mainly, has been taken over by Tessenderlo. The French firm turned over EUR 13mn in 2000 with a staff of 44 based in Doue-la-Fontaine . Technicompound is a former affiliate of Eram.
