Self-assembled growth of ZnS nanobelt networks

Article Abstract:

An investigation conducted in situ assembly of ZnS nanobelts during the growth process without the assistance of any lithographic technique is presented. This functional structure formed by ID nanomaterial assembly may be well applied in the research of the electronic properties of Zns nanobelts and in nanoscale devices.

A surface chemistry route to molybdenum sulfide and germanide films using the single-source precursor tetrakis(diethylaminodithiocarbomoto)molybdate(IV)

Article Abstract:

The direct deposition of crystalline molybdenum sulfide (MoS2) is reported using a single-source precursor based on tetrakis(diethylaminodithiocarbomoto)molybdate(IV). The chemistry of the precursor adsorbed on a range of substrates is studied using in situ X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.
