Frutarom makes a sixth acquisition
Article Abstract:
Frutarom Industries, has spent around 1.6 million euros to acquire Raychan Be'erot Yitzhak Food Industries, which includes assumption of debt. Frutarom, which has made a total of six acquisitions, acquired Israel-based Adumim Food Additives and US-based Abaco Manufacturing in June for 3.1 million euros and 3 millino euros, respectively. The proceedings of these acquisitions are discussed.

The VAS, which is a computer-controlled vaopr phase simulator, has been praised by industry analysts as a major technological innovation.
