Ink Dezyne, a Canadian producer of screen printing inks with production plants in Toronto and Sparta, Michigan, US, has been acquired by Thrall Enterprise of Chicago, a producer of offset and screen printing inks. Ink Dezyne has 30 branches in North America and a joint venture in China, and it sells its products worldwide.

NETHERLANDS: DYFLEX, EPS GO TOGETHER

Engineered Polymer Solutions (EPS) Inc. of Marengo, Illinois, US has taken a major stake in Dyflex bv of Ambacht, Netherlands. The two companies have merged their polymer operations. EPS, which is part of Valspar Corp, is a leading producer of dispersions for the paint and varnish industry.
