Intrazeolite nanostructure of Nd(III) complex giving strong near-infrared luminescence

Article Abstract:

Variation of the emission properties of tetramethylammonium ion-containing faujasite zeolite treated with bis-(perfluoromethylsulfonyl)amide (PMS) as a function of the Nd(III)-loading level is investigated. Results showed that the zeolites with high Nd(III)-loading levels gave more efficient emission due to the large contribution of the complex in the zeolite that produced more efficiently.

Effects of confinement on the absorption behavior of methane in high-silica zeolites

Article Abstract:

The adsorption isotherms of methane on high-silica zeolites at ambient temperature and up to high pressure are measured and the relationship between microscopic properties and the resulting macroscopic adsorption behavior is investigated. The results have shown that the solid-molecule interaction significantly influences the adsorption isotherm.

Roles of electrolytes on charge recombination in dye-sensitized TiO2 solar cells (2): The case of solar cells using cobalt complex redox couples

Article Abstract:

Nanoporous TiO2 electrodes were used with two different cobalt complex redox couples, propylene1,2-bis(o-iminobenzylideneaminato)cobalt(II) {CO(super II)(abpn)} and tris(4,4'-di-tert-buthyl-2,2'-bipyridine)cobalt(II)diperchlorate {Co(super II)(dtb-bpy)(sub 3)(ClO(sub 4))(sub 2)} to prepare due-sensitized solar cells (DCS).
