Local segmental dynamics of poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) in methnolic solution by spin label X-band ESR

Article Abstract:

A copolymer of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) with spin-labeled methacrylic acid units distributed along the main chain in a random fashion was synthesized. Results of this were in agreement with what was required by ordering potentials.

Location of EPR-active spins buried in proteins from the simulation of the spin-lattice relaxation enhancement caused by Dy(III) complexes

Article Abstract:

A protein sample containing an EPR signal from a buried freed radical is described through a computational method. The calculation method is used to simulate experimental data to demonstrate the effectiveness of the new simulation method.

Spin-label EPR T1 values using saturation recovery from 2 to 35 GHz

Article Abstract:

Studies indicate that saturation recovery (SR) oximetric studies at Q-band are more effective than lower microwave frequencies. This is because the level of observing microwave field can be higher at Q-band.
