MEXICO: YORK INTERNATIONAL WINS CONTRACT

Article Abstract:

Linde of Hollriegelskreuth has placed a contract with another German company, York International of Mannheim, for the construction of four NH3 cooling facilities with an output of 4,200 kW for the production of cold water at an air separation plant in Mexico. The world's biggest air separation facility will be completed in September 1999.

Parsing parsley: as a seasoning or a garnish this little herb is the cook's jolly green giant

Article Abstract:

Parsley is an herb long used by people for food, and even for folk remedies. Of the five varieties, two are used in cookery. Recipes offered are: parsley salad, parsley olive oil, parsley soup, zested parsley garnish, coated fried parsley, parsley butter, and parsley/apple jelly.
