The structure and conformational dynamics of the linear peptides D-Arg-Gly-Asp-Trp (DRGDW) and Arg-Gly-Asp-Trp (RGDW) are probed by unconstrained molecular dynamics simulations in order to add to the data from nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.
