Polarization rotation in a second harmonic reflection experiment from an isotropic surface of chiral troger base

Article Abstract:

The polarization rotation in a second harmonic reflection (ORD-SHR) was investigated. The measurements of this rotation for wavelengths spanning the absorption spectrum are satisfactorily reproduced by a model based on coupled, anharmonic oscillators.

An 1H NMR microimaging visualization of hexachloroplatinate dianion redistribution within a porous gamma-Al2O3 pellet in the course of supported catalyst preparation

Article Abstract:

A new study shows the ability of 1H NMR spectroscopy to indirectly map the spatial distribution of hexachloroplatinate dianion within a porous delta-Al2O3 pellets.
