General aspects of tin-free antifouling paints

Article Abstract:

The author reviews the publications on tin-free antifouling paints. The topics include the analysis of copper, self-polishing copolymers, organic booster biocides and natural products asantifoulants, the fouling-release coatings and electrical coatings as antifouling systems without the application of biocidal agents.
