Carbon-carbon bond formations involving organochromium(III) reagents

Article Abstract:

A review on studies on carbon-carbon bond formations with organochromium(III) reagents and related chemistry is presented. Experiments on C-C bond formations with substrates other than organic halides or sulfonates were examined. Moreover, stereochemistry, intramolecular additions, pinacol coupling reactions, halichondrin applications and exploratory studies carried out to examine such formations were discussed.
