The authors review the publications on the polyolefins, the fastest-growing segments of the polymer industry. The topics of interest include catalyst families based on the chelating nitrogen-based ligands, late metal catalysts and the effect of catalyst syntheses, structures, activities and chain-grown mechanisms on the structures of the resulting polymers.
