Synthesis of glycopeptides containing carbohydrate and peptide recognition motifs

Article Abstract:

The authors review the publications on glycopeptides, natural proteins containing (oligo)-saccharide side chains. The topics of interest include the major achievements in the glycopeptide chemistry, the O-glycosylated undecapeptide construction and the methodologies developed in investigating the polyfunctionality.
