The BM19F is a 19-in color monitor with excellent contrast and non-glare characteristics. The BM17E, one of the firm's award-winning products, is a 17-in full-color monitor that features on-screen, digital control output.

UMAX Data Systems Inc showed its latest line of flatbed scanners that are capable of a variety of output functions at CeBIT '99 in Hannover, Germany, from Mar 18, 1999 to Mar 24, 1999. The Astra 2400S permits editing, compiling of pictures or documents, e-mailing, fax messaging and filling out of tables or forms with the use of special software. The Astra 1220 and Astra 610 Series have automatic scanning features in addition to the special software.
