Software vendors are boosting their outsourcing services as companies report a shortage of network professionals for internal support. Service providers are strengthening their networking teams and offering outsourcing as an option to businesses that do not have the resources to maintain information technology staffs. In addition, networking specialists prefer to work for service providers because they can work in different environment and receive constant training.
