Acxiom, D&B enter marketing alliance

Article Abstract:

Conway, AR-based Acxiom Corp will market certain information from Murray Hill, NJ-based Dun and Bradstreet Corp's business databases under a partnership agreement. Aside from using Acxiom's data on small business, D&B will also make use of Acxiom's consumer data and data-linkage technologies. The marketing alliance will help D&B expand its business file by 25%. The deal ensures that both firms will receive royalties from the sale of each other's data to their clients and from the use of that data in the development of new products.
