Deutsche Post buys SmartMail, QuikPak

Article Abstract:

The U.S. mail service providers SmartMail Services and QuikPak Inc., is planned to be acquired by Deutsche Post World Net, a subsidiary of Deutsche Post Global Mail USA, Herndon, VA. It is expected that this acquisition will be the largest private U.S. provider in the sector and will employ 1,850 people in the United States and generate revenue of 600 million dollars.
