Exchange Applications becomes Xchange and debuts integrated eCRM solution

Article Abstract:

Boston, MA-based Exchange Applications Inc has changed its name to Xchange Inc that took effect in Apr 2000. At the same time, the company launched its eCRM solution package, called Xchange 4.0, which integrates all former Exchange Applications products and services into one suite. The package consists of four product and service families, namely Xchange Dialogue, Xchange Optimizer, Xchange Real Time and Xchange Solution Services, and is designed to strengthen the company's position in the growing eCRM market.

ClientLogic licenses Xchange e-mail marketing software

Nashville, TN-based ClientLogic has licensed Boston, MA-based Xchange Inc's e-mail marketing software called Xchange Dialogue. Xchange Dialogue for eMessaging enables marketers to plan and execute targeted, opt-in e- mail campaigns and allows them to measure return on investment and other metrics. ClientLogic's reasons for choosing Xchange Dialogue as its worldwide e-messaging standard include its robust architecture, application service provider capabilities and global support.

Harte-Hanks partners with Xchange

Article Abstract:

Harte-Hanks Inc has formed a global strategic alliance with Xchange Inc, a developer of analytics and campaign management software. The San Antonio, TX-based customer relationship management services vendor has bought Xchange's software and will resell them as a key element of its integrated CRM offerings. Moreover, Harte-Hanks clients will have control of their customer and prospect data and actively participate in the direct marketing process through a Web interface.
