Mailer want RPN fee put in rate case

Article Abstract:

A group of mailers have asked the Postal Rate Commission (PRC) to include the decision of added costs charged for the use of 'yellow stickies' in the proposed postal rate case. Though Repositionable Notes (RPN) tend to increase the productivity with easy processing some postal employees raised doubts that they tend get detached in the process. However postal service experts refuted these observations in a report to PRC that they are unlikely to get detached in the process.
