Article Abstract:

Online advertisers should not rent e-mail lists from people that cannot be trusted. Honest e-mail list professionals believe that advertisers have the right not to spam people. They also believe that advertisers have the right to be given honest, complete and prompt answers to their questions before renting any list. Advertisers should also check out the Web site of list providers and examine if the latter group would fit their product or service excellently.
