The design features a dramatic facade where the entryway leads to a well-lit open foyer. The ground floor includes the master bedroom with its spacious sitting area, the kitchen and its adjacent nook, the formal dining room, a covered terrace and a porte cochere. The second floor includes three bedrooms, a study and a games room. Two bedrooms share a bath while the third bedroom shares another bath with the games room.

The typical unit may be alternated as a dwelling with either three bedrooms or two bedrooms with a den. The design incorporates the mansion-like facade with a building orientation that provides panoramic views of nature and manmade areas. The interior design is dramatized by the fireplace, central entry and ceiling heights.
