VEC technology is gaining its own identity

Genmar Holdings Inc. has spun off its VEC Technology business into a new stand-alone entity that is officially named VEC Technology LLC. VEC LLC that is valued at about 350 million dollars will now be owned and operated as a stand-alone company with several strategic investors and partners.
