Article Abstract:

Whybrew Manor Group (WMG), a manufactured home subdivision retailer and developer, has constructed Grand Chateau subdivision which features four Mediterranean models of manufactured homes. The company teamed up with manufactured home builder Baron Homes for this project which aims to construct pre-sold homes within a short time frame. WMG caters mostly to first-time home buyers and provides them with the necessary amenities to facilitate settling down. WMG's manufactured homes offer a cost-effective alternative to site-built homes by reducing construction costs and construction time.

Article Abstract:

Manufactured homes present a viable alternative to the affordable housing problem which local governments aim to address. Thus, a partnership will produce benefits for the manufactured housing industry in terms of market expansion and financial opportunities while creating a source for low-cost housing for state governments. Manufactured homes retailers can maximize the advantages of the partnership by studying the system and promoting the good points of manufactured homes to government and non-profit agencies.
