An inquiry is conducted on the ten London shops that provide store cards to find out whether the staffs are equipped with the knowledge to promote the cards responsibly. The inquiry concluded that store cards aren't the cheapest way to borrow, as the store assistants have no exact idea of the interest rates and other charges that are allotted to the card.
