Time to Act

Article Abstract:

The UK's Financial Services Act (FSA), which was introduced in 1986, was designed to regulate most forms of investment and thus protect investors. A number of serious problems have emerged which the FSA does not cover. It does not cover mortgage lending, medical insurance of deposit savings, and excludes a number of complex financial products. It is now time for changes to be made to the FSA, ensuring that it focuses on the outcome of the advice process, rather than on regulating the way products are sold.

... and so is bald

Article Abstract:

Being bald need not be shameful. In fact, it can be quite striking. If one is partially bald, one may either use the military cut or get a perm to disguise the lack of tresses. One may grow the remaining locks to form a ponytail or cut it all off.
