The UK market for bathroom accessories was valued at 70 million pounds sterling in 1998, up 11% from 1994. The market has benefited from the popularity of home interest television programs and periodicals. Greatest growth has been achieved in the area of toilet roll holders, toothbrush holders and toilet brushes. It is forecast that the bathroom accessories market will grow from 72 million pounds sterling in 1999 to 80.4 million pounds sterling in 2003.
