Beyond justice: introducing personal moral philosophies to ethical evaluations of human resource practices

Personal moral philosophies and equity sensitivity are examined as tools for assessing the ethics of human resource management practices, extending evaluation beyond justice and identifying other moral values important to employees, such as good intentions and utilitarian principles.

Socializing ethical behavior of foreign employees in multinational corporations

Article Abstract:

The efficient way of socializing foreign country national (FNC) employees into multinational corporation by appropriate communication of the corporate code of ethics are provided. The impact on the behavior of these employees in the domestic organization is examined.
