Can the Japanese economy rebound?

Article Abstract:

In spite of Japan's economic recovery from the deepest post-Second World War recession there is no evidence of technological innovation happening there and definitely there are no prospects of Japan renewing its economic growth without it. Influence of technological innovation on the rate of economic productivity, growth and prosperity, is discussed.

Epistemological research reviewing social aspects of relational realism with respect to empirical research is described. Specific reference to knowledge constrains and systems boundaries is made.
