Helping expanding and new small businesses address their real estate needs

Article Abstract:

A multi-tenant space strategy creates real estate needs of local communities' expanding and new businesses. Creating space to accommodate existing and potential businesses ensures local communities' economic growth. The strategy developed at Leavenworth County, Kansas demonstrates an effective local community economic development effort. Comprehensive evaluations of target location and construction needs by the local government, prospect developers and potential industrial tenants help in implementing a multi-tenant space program.
