Latin America since the 1990s: rising from the sickbed?
Article Abstract:
The Latin America's economic performance in the 1990s is compared with the 1980s and a definite macroeconomic and social progress during the decade is examined. Considering the policy performance of the region during the 1990s, it is suggested that the Latin American nations should extend and complement the existing reforms.
