Article Abstract:

A study of the problems faced by political economists on distributive politics and informational politics is dealt with by indicating an increasingly vibrant and well-rounded field of work where the approach to political economy gains prominence. Three rudimentary models are described to illustrate the important relationship between asymmetric procedural rights and disproportionate policy benefits of legislative organizations.

The three-part natural experiment in fiscal policy aimed at observing the impact on the economy and stock market of the fiscal policies that followed three important economic booms in United States and Japan is discussed.
