Supergames played by finite automata with finite costs of complexity in an evolutionary setting

Article Abstract:

A model of finite automata that uses lexicographic costs of complexity is modified using finite costs of complexity in a repeated prisoner's dilemma game in evolutionary setting. Using time-average payoffs of participants to measure their evolutionary qualifications and index complexity by the existing automaton states, it is concluded that the modified model can be applied to prove a folk theorem instead of the the uniqueness result of the original model.

Evidence on the equivalence of the strategic and extensive form representation of games

Article Abstract:

Representative members of the class of generic 2 X 2 extensive form games of perfect information and the equivalent strategic form games to test the equivalent behavior between the strategic and extensive forms of games are examined. There exists systematic difference between subjects' choices in the strategic and extensive form of representations of games.

Analogy-based expectation equilibrium

Article Abstract:

The details of the properties of analogy based expectation equilibrium game theory, a new solution concept for multistage aspects are discussed. The objective of this theory is to provide a solution to describe the interaction of players forming their expectations by analogy.
