State programs for the support of agriculture credit in transitional economies

Article Abstract:

In industrial, transitional economies, agricultural industries produce for a more global market. In order to maintain stable production rates, industry producers need access to working capital, capital that is spent quickly because of market reforms and price disparity. State programs which support agriculture credit allow agricultural producers access to the capital needed to sustain stable economic conditions in the industry.

Development problems of the agro-industrial complex

Article Abstract:

The author discusses many of problems resulting from the implementation of reform policies in the Russian agro-industrial complex. Economic crisis has negatively effected the agro-industrial complex, while agriculture suffers from price disparity commodity exchange between agriculture and other sectors has decreased along with the buying power of the Russian populace.
