Time-consistent Shapley value allocation of pollution cost reduction

Article Abstract:

The problem of allocation over time of total cost incurred by countries in a cooperative game of pollution reduction is studied. A mechanism for allocation over time of total individual cost is designed to maintain the validity for the whole duration of the game.

The Hotelling model proposes how nations can manage energy resources and control emission of pollutants by using low-cost nonrenewable resources and high-cost renewable resources conjointly.
